K-12 Science, Geography, and Environmental Programs
Take your students on an interactive learning adventure in your gym. Choose from our grade level appropriate menu of programs: earth science, geography, or environmental. Over 100,000 students benefited from Earth Adventure programs during the 2009-10 school year. Year-end evaluation statistics indicate that 100% of participating teachers felt that Earth Adventure programs create and enthusiasm and excitement for learning among their students.

Earth Adventure is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve K-12 science, geography, and standards-based aptitudes and competencies through supplemental learning activities and programs which enhance classroom curriculum.
Programs include
Use of the Earth Balloon portable classroom or the Earth Walk floor map
Earth Adventure instructor to facilitate the program
Pre- and post-program Study Guide that includes
o Parent Information Handout
o Enrichment sheets that are aligned with the National Geography Standards
o Miscellaneous activities and fun facts
Age- and grade-level education standards-based content
Program flexibility we can tailor our programs to meet your needs
Program requirements
One class of up to 30 students per session and up to 12 sessions per day
Programs may run from 20-50 minutes per class
Exclusive use of an indoor area with a 17-foot ceiling clearance
Outdoor use is prohibited

Students enter the Earth Balloon through the International Date Line
Students sit on Antarctica inside the globe
Students see the earth in its entirety inside the globe
The Earth Balloon is constructed from 24 panels, one for every time zone, or every hour of the day
The Earth Balloon's scale is 1" on the Earth Balloon is equal to 30 miles on the earth
Set up and take down takes less than 10 minutes
